In this video I’ll show you how to cook easily and fast two of the most famous Korean traditional dishes – Korean beef and Chicken feet. These recipes show step by step the process of the cooking Bulgogi and Dakbal.
Korean Beef (불고기) is probably one of the best known Korean dishes other than Kimchi. It’s adequately sweet, savoury, juicy and tender.
Dakbal (닭발) are a dedicacy in Korea. The can be fried or grilled with hot chili souse (gochujang, 고추장) and they perfectly go with soju. They are usually very spicy but you can reduce the level of spiciness by putting less gochujang or chili peppers.
