Onion – 1 large
Tomato – 1 large
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1 small
Cardamom – 2 nos
Cloves – 3 nos
Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
Kalpasi – 1 (optional)
Saunf / fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Vegetables – as shown in video
Chilly powder – 0.5 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
(If using homemade powders , pls double up for chilli and coriander powders)
Cummin seeds powder – 0.5 tsp
Coconut – 7 to 8 one inch pieces (or) 4 tbsp thick coconut paste
Poppy seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cashew – 6 to 7
Thick curd / yogurt – 2tbsp

Salt – as required
Oil – 2 tsp + Ghee 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
