Falafel
1/2 cup Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
3/4 tsp Salt or to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Flour
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Hummus
1/3 cup cooked chickpeas
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes

Balela Salad
1/2 cup Cooked Chickpeas
1/4 each of bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes
Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Salt and pepper to taste

Tatziki Sauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 Cucumber grated
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 ttsp Lemon Juice
handful of Dill leaves, Chopped
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
