Roasted Garlic Recipe by Laura Vitale [Food Challenge: DAY 308]

DAY 308 – Roasted Garlic (Episode 297)

Makes 2


2 medium heads of garlic
some olive oil
salt (to taste)


1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees (200 degrees in Celsius).

2) Slice the 2 heads of garlic in half so that every clove is cut in half. Place the bottom halves on a piece of aluminum foil, drizzle each bottom with a tiny drizzle of olive oil, and sprinkle over some salt. Top each stack with the top half, wrap tightly in the foil and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
