Chicken thighs 500gms
Flour For coating
Water For batter
Chaat Masala 3-4tbsp
Garam Masala 1tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1tbsp
How to Prepar:-
-Wash & pat dry the chicken thighs. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder & garam masala powder.
-Make a thin maida batter, coat chicken with batter and then seasoned flour.
-Fry the chicken in hot oil for 3-4 minutes each side.
-Melt some butter and add to cream. Add a tbsp each of garam masala & chaat masala.
-Coat the cooked chicken thighs with the sauce and serve with lemon wedges.
Points To Remeber:-
*Drench in flour twice for extra crispy exterior.
*Trim off excess fat from the chicken thighs
*Other Spices can be added for enhanced flavour.
