New ingredients are tried out in a different adaptation of the meatloaf recipe to create vegetable based meatballs. They can be dehydrated for less time if served without any sauces, but these were served with raw marinara sauce and dehydrated longer to maintain form in the sauce. These meatballs were so good that barely enough were leftover to take home.
~Since adapting the raw food lifestyle 4 months ago, Laura has released 29 pounds. Currently she is 90% raw and still in transition.
