Raw Food Recipe ~ Ginger Salad Dressing

I have always loved the ginger salad dressing at the restaurant Benihana’s. This is the raw adaptation of that same salad dressing.
1/4 cup raw catsup
~OR~ 2T tomato diced, 2T sundried tomato diced, 1 date diced add the 1/4 cup water to this and leave soak.
1/4 cup grated ginger root
1/4 cup minced celery
1 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2T + 2 tsp nama soyu
2T + 2 tsp honey
2T + 2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
